Head of Sales & Marketing

EMP is looking for Head of Sales & Marketing which specializes at the Broadcasting & IP satellite services.

Employment Type: Full – Time
Required Experience: Minimum 3 years
Required Education: Bachelors Degree in Communications, Business or Marketing
Languages: Very good language skills in English verbal and written
Working Location: Open

Positin Summary

• Design and implementation of EMP's Marketing & Sales strategies
• To generate new services & new clients and maintain the relationships with existing clients
• To follow through the sales including contracting and overseeing implementation
• To identify and implement any possibility of co-operation with other companies in related fields
• To attend relevant exhibitions
• To recruit Agents/other members of the company's staff as agreed with the VP Marketing & Sales

Accountabilities

• To know the satellite/ IP / broadcasting industry very well
• To have a high level of respectability, trustworthiness, responsibility, reliability & confidentiality and to have a good reputation in the industry
• Business minded, goal oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Smart, with knowledge of Marketing and a lot of drive
• Good presentation
• To be equally comfortable with different cultures
• To be available to travel a reasonable amount
